What payment methods do you accept?
I accept payments via credit and debit cards through Venmo. This method provides a safe and reliable transaction experience for our customers.

Will I pay a shipping fee?
Shipping fees for each order will vary based on the weight of the gift. Please note that these additional charges are necessary to ensure your items arrive safely and promptly. Thank you for your understanding!

Will the item(s) be gift wrapped?
Gift wrapping will be provided upon request only. An additional fee will be required based on package size.
Stock and Care

I want an out of stock item. What do I do?
We are happy to create something similar to what may be sold out online. Please note that there may be a slight variation to the product due to each item being handcrafted.

Are you currently accepting commissions?
Yes, I am currently accepting commissions. Please note that each request is important for me to fulfill, but given that each item is hand-crafted, it may take some time. Please email me with what you are wanting made and any specific requests. I will do my best to accommodate to the best of my ability. Thank you for understanding!

How do I care for my purchase?
Vegan leather purses should be wiped down with a slightly damp cloth inside and/or out.
Denim purses and cell phone carriers should have any pin embellishments removed. Handwash with diluted, mild soap and lay flat to dry.
Wreaths should be carefully dusted to remove any debris.

Do you accept returns and/or exchanges?
We do not accept returns or exchanges as all purchases are final sale. I ask that you consider each purchase carefully. If there is an issue with your product, please email me with pictures and a description of the issue.
